I'm using the newest commit from the SVN.
I don't think it's handling inline ">" correctly. Whether it's converting it to > when it shouldn't be or something or what.
The message was sent to me plaintext. Copying and pasting it to gpg --verify confirms it's correct.
I kind of know problem : "Inline is bad." You should prefer openpgp/mime 
I do prefer it, it's just that the other person doesn't. 
He uses enigmail, I figured he'd be able to use openpgp/mime
