But are you saying that you are working on better validation of non-MIME signatures?

I have just tried it using e-mails from my Turnpike MUA which integrates with the PGP SDK.

I note that you don't yet support PGP/MIME.

I found that I could successfully decrypt e-mail I sent to Gmail.  If mail  encrypt is signed, then the signature verifies OK.  But if I just use a (non-MIME) signature without encryption, then it says that the signature is invalid.

Turnpike, a Windows MUA, has been supporting PGP since the days of PGP6 & NAI.  It is no longer under active development, but we still support users & watch security.

Just let me know if you would like me to send you sample e-mails.  Alternatively, I could help you to use the Turnpike MUA yourselves, if you would prefer.
