Fixed the issue by removing Windows Privacy Tools and installing an updated (1.4.7) version of GNUPG for Win32.  I will manually manage my keyrings and go from there... especially if the privacy tool's version of gpg.exe was too old for firegpg to work correctly.

Thank you for your help, as when I did those things and trusted the key, it crypted fine!

Firefox: 2.0.0.4
FireGPG: 0.4.2.1
Windows 2000: SP4
WindowsPrivacy Tray: 0.7.96rc1
GNUPG: 1.2.1

Told FireGPG to use: C:\Program Files\Windows Privacy Tools\GnuPG\gpg.exe

When I try to crypt, I am prompted to pick my key (it is loading the keylist properly), and when I actually pick one and crypt I get this message in a modal box:

Encrypting Failed Unknown Error .[GNUPG:]INV_RECP 10 D3.... (More chars)

That happens with any of the recipients.

Thoughts?
