I have GnuPG installed but the extension isn't seeing my keychain and default signing/encryption key. I tried to open the options, both through the Tools->FireGPG->Options menu and from Tools->Add-ons and clicking Preferences. Neither one opens the options dialog so I cannot check and fix my GPG details. I have had similar problems with one or two other extensions, but most of them work fine.
We know this bug, we will solved this as soon as possible !

I did notice that at one point, the dialog did open. It was behind my main window, though. Once I moved it forward, now it opens in the front as I expect.
I now have my default key selected and my path to gpg correctly set.
What path is GPG located in on your Mac?
I had the same issue, and once I minimized everything the options window was in the back. On each subsequent options open it was where it should be, in the front.
On my system, gpg is in "/usr/local/bin/gpg"
Chrismar described exactly what happened with me. And my gpg is also in /usr/local/bin.
I get the same symptoms as cmdline first described. gpg is in "/usr/local/bin/
Is ther a way to set the path to GPG without accessing options? I can't see it and it isn't hiding behind any other windows :-(

Yes, type 'about:config' in the url bar (?), and look for 'extensions.firegpg.gpg_path' and 'extensions.firegpg.specify_gpg_path' options !
The FireGPG's Options window does not open until you quit the browser - it is displayed when all other Firefox windows close. When I changed gpg path (it's /opt/local/bin/gpg on my system) options display normally.

which gpg...but I'm not sure if it can work un Mac OS, it've tried this command on GNU/Linux.

Has this been fixed yet? I am having the same problems. What's worse, is that even if I specify the path, it still cannot find gnupg. I have gnupg installed as /sw/bin/gpg (with the gpg_path set in correctly).
Additionally, as an FYI, /sw/bin/ is in my path; and the gpg-agent is not installed.
