Topic: PGP attachment
I get a mesasge form someone using pgp, and it is an attachment in gmail. I right click and decrypt, but get an error 
Typeerror:text is undefined.

Have you tried saving it to a file and then using gpg to decrypt it on the command line?
gpg -v -d <filename>

yep, that works, but adds more steps to the process, I am trying to make a friendly way of decrypting these emails. so far, everything I try is download to desktop then do it, kind of a pain.
