Topic: pgp/mime sign with "The first signature of this email is not valid."

messages signed with
- claws mail + gpgme + gnupg 1.4.9
- kmail + GnuPG v2.0.9
- Mutt + GnuPG v1.4.9 (NetBSD)

are set to  "The first signature of this email is not valid."

For some mime mails, it seems also that it does nt try to get the keys from the server (maybe different problem).

Funny thing is when I try to send message from claws-mal  (3.7.0), signed (pgp/mime) when I open it within claws-mail it says Good signature. If I openned it via gmail it says invalid.
It is done on the same pc.

I don't know yet. There will probably be a lot of change (this time I will release a beta version), and I want mozilla validate the latest version (there still at the 0.6.3, and releasing a new one will make us wait longer) before. So, later hmm

btw the rev number is not seen in the options menu - still gives r519

Yop, version number is sync with revision of misc.js, no ways to improve this.

another gotcha - the emails send with my mua are ok. the emails received via list server still are checked as invalid
e.g. http://marc.info/?l=cisco-nsp&m=123 … 18&w=2

Ok, the problem is that the signature is not in the main mime part of the mail, but a second.

This is not fixable yet, I want to rewrite the class who decode mail first wink
